There are several components to the operating philosophy at FWD:
FWD is achieving its mission through an uncompromising dedication to excellence and success in the products and services it offers to buyers and investors. All of its efforts and relationships will be conducted with the highest integrity and ethics.
Our management is striving to create a caring company - one whose projects are unique, have social merit, whose employees and partners care about their peers, their customers, and their community, and that can “give something back” by directing a portion of its profits to an in-house charity to help others.
Any project considered by any FWD entity must meet the following criteria. Each project should:
Return a profit in three years or less
Be socially redeemable
Provide residual income (e.g., cash flow from debt-free properties, operating cash flow, fee income, common area lease income)
Provide capital appreciation
Have its primary elements repeatable on other projects
Have a dedicated champion (either inside or outside the organization)
By following this operating philosophy, FWD has been an innovator in senior housing retail, industrial, office and residential development. FWD is dedicated to continuing to create quality developments, products and services, creating value for employees, tenants, investors, partners, residents, and our the local community.
"Giving Back" must be more than a platitude. It needs to be a life long commitment. Our commitment is to help provide for the physical, social, and spiritual needs of children world wide. To be known To be an encourager.
